Most of what a family is told is never checked
A biodata arrives. It lists a degree, a job, a salary, a city, a family. Two meetings later a decision is being made that is meant to last a lifetime, and almost none of it has been confirmed by anyone.
That is not because anyone is dishonest. Most people are telling the truth. The problem is that families have no ordinary way to tell the difference, so the check gets done through relatives, rumour and instinct.
We think the check should be boring and on the record, the way it is when you buy a house or hire someone. Confirm the facts from official sources, with the other person’s knowledge and consent, and put the result in writing.
How it works
Four steps. You do the first one; we do the rest.
Step 1: You place the order
Tell us who is being verified and what you already know about them, name, date of birth, the address and workplace you were given. Ten minutes on a phone is enough.
Step 2: The candidate gives consent
We contact them for written consent before any check begins. You choose whether they are told who requested it. Without consent we do not proceed, and you are refunded.
Step 3: We run the official checks
Government identity databases, court and police record systems, university and employer confirmations, and public profiles. Only sources we are permitted to use.
Step 4: An analyst reviews and signs
A named analyst reads every finding, resolves contradictions, and writes it up in plain language. You get a PDF, usually within 24 hours.
The seven checks
Every Standard Report covers all seven. Where a record is not reachable, the report says so instead of leaving a blank.
Identity
Confirms the person is who the documents say: name, date of birth and photograph matched against government identity records.
Address
Confirms the current residential address given to you actually belongs to them, and how long it has.
Criminal and court records
Searches available police and court databases for cases naming the candidate. Coverage varies by state; the report says exactly which courts we could reach.
Education
Confirms the degree, the institution and the year directly with the university or its verification agency.
Employment
Confirms employer, job title and dates. Where a salary figure has been quoted to you, we say whether it could be corroborated.
Previous marriage
Searches available marriage and divorce records, and reports what we found, including when the records simply do not exist in digital form.
Public social presence
Reviews profiles that are genuinely public. We note what is visible. We do not befriend, message or log in to see anything more.

How we work, and what we refuse to do
A verification is only worth having if the way it was done would survive being read out loud to both families.
A named analyst signs every report
Not an automated score. A person reads the findings, and their name is on the document you receive.
Official sources only
Government records, courts, universities, employers. Every finding in the report says where it came from.
Consent before anything begins
In notified mode the candidate agrees in writing first. In confidential mode they are not approached, and the checks that legally need their own authorisation simply do not run. This is a check, not surveillance, and it stays lawful because of that.
DPDP 2023 compliant, then deleted
We handle your data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and we delete what we no longer need on a published schedule rather than keeping it indefinitely. The privacy policy sets out every retention period.
What we will not do
Other services may do some of these. We do not, and we would rather say so plainly.
